RULES/GUIDELINES 1. This club is not for purists or elitists. We accept black metal hybrids as long as they don't suck. 2. National socialist black metal and Christian unblack metal can fuck off. NO NAZISM AND NO CHRISTIANITY. 3. We'll try to be as liberal as possible. 4. We'll accept pretty much anybody, but art that you submit must be of decent quality. Submit art to this club by noting us your deviations.

Venom may have given the genre a name and themes, but I don't feel the music was intense enough to be called black metal. I'll argue that Hellhammer was the first black metal band.
